Introduction: Insulated glass is made of two or more pieces of flat glasses with its surrounding separated by ***cing frame, and then constitute a ***ce containing dry air between the glass layers with sealant. Currently, there are two kinds of insulated glasses in domestic market, aluminum ***ce insulated glass and adhesive tape insulated glass.
The insulated glass of our co***ny is an aluminum ***ce insulated glass. It is produced by sticking the edges of two glasses together with butyl glue from two sides of the aluminum ***cing frame filled with molecular sieve, and then applying a layer of polysulfide rubber latex in the outside of aluminum frame and between the two pieces of glasses. The aluminum frame provides great support to the glasses, and the molecular sieve used as dryer ensures the air inside the insulated glass to be dry, so that effectively improves the capacity in avoiding formation of dew inside the glass.
While, using polysulfide rubber latex and butyl glue together with double sealing, the insulated glass is provided with excellent sealing characteristics and UV protection performance, and well weathering resistance, and longer service life.
